    I want an Omelet!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMMIT! LOL, so I wiki-ed Omelet, which is alternatively spelled Omelette apparently, and there's a plethora of information it's freakin' insane...here's a taste of it...(so to speak...LOL)

    "Bi Pong Moun" is a variety of omelette from Cambodia.
    "Kai yat sai" is a form of Thai omelette.
    A Chinese omelette can be Egg Foo Yung, or an oyster omelette.

    Gotta check this out, especially the historical section...the biggest omelette ever...LMAO!
