Featuring the look and sounds of the 1960’s British Invasion era, UnionJack takes you back to the days of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Kinks, Yardbirds, Hollies, Searchers and the many others that followed these great groups. A five-piece band, UnionJack is one of Western Mass and Northern CT’s original “tribute” bands. UnionJack performs in period stage outfits, using vintage instruments like those made famous by the Beatles.
Gary Wilkinson’s lead vocals on classic Beatles’ tunes have always been the band’s strength, along with some great material and more than a little bit of humor. UnionJack follows the history of the British Invasion from the early days of “Beatlemania” through the end of the decade. In addition to those groups mentioned above UnionJack also features tunes by the Yardbirds, Badfinger, Dave Clark 5, and many others.
The band can also perform an American set, featuring music from “American Artists” popular during the same period; Tommy James, Grass Roots, Credence Clearwater Revival, Rascals, and many others.
UnionJack has had the pleasure over the years of being the opening act for: Bo Diddley, The Fifth Dimension, The Band, The Commodores, The Wilkinsons, Ritchie Havens, and many others. We have been featured at Foxwoods Casino (Atrium Lounge), Celebrate Holyoke, The Big E, Peach Festival, the Taste of West Springfield, 3 County Fair and many other local events.

It was generated from the bands they were formally in before forming Rock House 6. Joe played for a band many years called Rock Candy. Dave, Nelson and Mike were together for three years in a group, Millhouse and Dennis handled the keyboard section for six years with Route 66. Together they are now known as ROCK HOUSE 6! You will hear songs from The Allman Bros., 3 Days Grace, Areosmith, 3 Doors Down, Deep Purple, Alice in Chains, Golden Earing, Doors, White Lion, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Govt.
