2005年秋結成。途中メンバーの交代と新加入をえて、現在のメンバーに固定。
肉体と楽器/機械--instrument--の関係性を重視しつつ、全宇宙的に広がる「電子の海」を、感性と時代性に支えられた「音の船」で漂流する過程で生み出される
「最もuniqueな音風景」を身上とする。
民族楽器や特殊奏法の大胆な使用により、「orientalなpostrock」とも称される。
メンバーそれぞれの活動も、多方面に渡り盛んである。
二項対立的に捉えられがちなあらゆる要素をイイカンジでフィードバックさせながら、音楽以外のメディアをも時-空間に等価に配置する音を目指している。
