PYREXIA NEWS - New Album Updates

Extreme metal veterans Pyrexia will begin recording their new CD "Feast of the Unholy Sacrament" in Winter 2010 at Subsonic Audio. HOUR OF PENANCE NEWS - Entering the studio

Hour of Penance will enter "16th Cellar" studio in Rome august 27th with Stefano Morabito as sound engineer to start tracking the instruments of their fourth yet untitled new album(announced soon) , follower of the highly acclaimed 2008's "The Vile Conception" released by the renowned Unique Leader Records.
Commented front man and guitar player Giulio Moschini : " After less then a year of songwriting we're finally ready to hit the studio and record the new album . We're very satisfied with the results of the songwriting sessions , everything went smooth and all the songs came out in a spontaneous way. We have enough material to record almost two albums but as we did with the previous album " The Vile conception" , only the best 10 songs will appear on the new opus. This time we will work with Stefano Morabito to get a more "live" approach and a more natural sound to the new album which will embrace a lot of new and different features from the past releases. I'm sure our loyal fans will not be disappointed when they hear the final result!"

Dawn of Azazel - New Signing!

Unique Leader are thrilled to announce the signing of long-serving New Zealand death metal tyrants DAWN OF AZAZEL to the roster for the release of their third album 'Relentless'. Hour of Penance Supporting Vital Remains in Europe

Hour of Penance will be the support act for the upcoming Vital Remains european tour. "American death metal beasts VITAL REMAINS have finally confirmed their long awaited headlining European tournee. "Icons Of Evil Tour 2009" is being planned for April/ May and will contain about 30 gigs as well as some appearances on European summer festivals. For this tour the band will team up with two renowned death metal monsters, Italian HOUR OF PENANCE (who released their newest album "The Vile Conception" a few months ago) and New Zealand's DAWN OF AZAZEL. For all death metal diehard fans it's gonna be a killer package! We are still looking for one more band who could join this deadly team. The tour schedule will be announced soon. Stay tuned! We are very excited to have signed a two album deal and to become apart of the Unique Leader Family. Erik has been in this business for years and has an understanding the way the underground works that's why we believe this was the best deal for us overall. We will be entering the studio June 1st to record our full length debut album "An Arcane Progeny" due out this summer with excessive touring shortly after.
