Nicola (vocals): Nic was brought up on a diet of Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Dio, Saxon etc, making her a rock chick at heart, complete with the massive hair and make up. Having blown her audience away with early Karaoke performances at 17, she then joined her first band, 'Breakdown' with her two brothers. Having graced the circuit with various bands in her twenties, Nic found her voice with acclaimed outfit Retribution. After many years of success together, they finally parted ways and she went on to sing with China Blue before making her final transition to Unit 21..and the rest is history!...................
Tracey (backing vocals): Tracey has been on and off the stage since she was 5, starting out in Theatre, before moving into songwriting at 16 after moving from Birmingham to Wales. She developed her style as a protoge of Hot Town Studios in Swansea, both as a writer and session backing vocalist with Abba2. She also wrote and recorded with Swansea band 'Theory of Everything' and went on to study music production at university. She still works as a songwriter and has recently been produced by Peter Larsen who also produced Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus................................
David (guitar):Growing up David was spoon fed on a diet of Sabbath, Ozzy, Maiden,Jovi, Dio, Halen, REO, etc. Being one of the two afore mentioned Nicola's brothers, he started gigging back in 1988 with original rock band Breakdown. He later played with classic rock band Uncle Sam, before reuniting with Nic on stage and moving to cover band Retribution. There may have been a few others in between but has chosen to selectively forget those!.................
Ian (drums): Ian was raised on 60s music and later became partial to the sounds of the 70s....a taste he is yet to shake! He started out playing with a long running family band in the mid 90's. In 2005 he joined rock covers with which he stayed until 2008 before joining Unit 21, and is loving it! Weaned on 60's music,prefered late 70's to todays music. He couldn't list his favourite bands as there are too many to choose from! P.s He likes a drop of Stella too, but don't tell his wife!..................
Steve (bass): Steve is a man of few words....he digs his rock and he rocks his bass....enough said!
