Hello members of the United Texas Tarot and interested parties, Since we last emailed you there have been numerous updates to the event.

We have a date change, new volunteer options have opened up as well as many new and exciting speakers added to our list. We have also added a new website, Yahoo group and MySpace act. We've uploaded a registration form, easy payment options and a flyer that you can download and print up to flood your neighborhood or email to all your interested tarot contacts.

New Dates We considered all options before making the change but could see no way out. Therefore our new dates for this event is August 1st. So far, none of our speakers have had to dismiss themselves due to the change.

*Provide beer, wine and finger foods for Meet n Greet scheduled for 7pm after the event.

*Manage and run check in desk

*Website manager to keep the UTT website updated

*Do you have a passion for yoga as well as tarot? We have a special presentation opportunity for you.

*Present tarot activity in Tarot Village

*Help set up and tear down Tarot Village

*Offer henna, face painting, massage, etc for 2 hours slots in Tarot Village

*Run mics, record presentations and oversee main ballroom presentations flow.

*Recruit sponsors and vendors

*stuff promo bags

*offer sugestions and ideas that have not yet been uncovered.
