The Kitchener-Waterloo based band .Unit seems to have a knack for survival. Despite many lows along with the highs over the past 10 years the core of the band continues to push forth.
With a ferocious and relentless instrumental attack the band keeps you driving forward. The soft melodic melodies are a deep contrast to the bleak and questioning lyrics. The band delivers a passionate, gripping and honest performance which often has several "surprises" throughout the set.
In the wake of winning the "Arc-Toberfest" Battle of Bands, .Unit is set to work with the well-known and much respected Mr. Fred Smith.
Well in the studio .Unit will be releasing a 6-song EP recorded with Mastermind Studios to satisfy the oft-requested follow up of their debut release.
It has been an unusual and unexpected extended hiatus between albums, however, rest assured, .Unit continues to work on improving their sound, performance and message.

Dudes,finding your tunes addictive.Let us know if you are playing close. We are on the verge of getting our tunes up, hopefully within the next two weeks.Maybe we will share the stage sometime.
