It was great to work along side the staff to order give the youth a chance developing their own piece of work that gave them a boost in showing it to an appreciated audience.

Since having a major operation 3 years ago, I have been trying to find something to help me loose weight, get fit and boost my self esteem.
Well I found it in Soca Aerobics. I first joined last year and thoroughly enjoyed it but my health began to detoriate. After several months and changes in my medication I have returned to Soca Aerobics. I enjoy the classes. Esther is so friendly and always encouraging me, I try my best to KEEP GOING every week.
Since I have returned to the classes I have nearly lost a stone in weight and I feel fitter in fact my consultant has agreed to let me return to full-time work. This has made my self-esteem blossom.
I'm a happier, slimmer, fitter person.

Yeah I moved last year in Feb! I am not in Birmingham I am in West Bromwich but I just say Birmingham. I don't know of anywhere apart from the hall in my college, but if you wanted to take that room the best day's are on a Thursday where the college is open till 9pm. If you want I will try and see if they would let you rent the room! I will have to ask my girlfriend is she knows anywhere! I'm missing Soca Aerobics big time, I had alot of laughs doing it and alot of fun, but because I love dancing so much it didn't mean like I was working out, or is that because the lessons are good and you enjoy yourself that you don't seem to notice?
I was telling all my new friends in Birmingham about you and you dance class and soca aerobics and how great they both was, I can't find nothing like it here in Birmingham, but even if I did I bet it would be nothing like what you have and do!
