About Scranton
Our location offers the best of both worlds – the city and the mountains. From campus, you can walk downtown to shop, watch a movie, visit a museum or see a show. It’s only a short drive to enjoy AAA baseball games (New York Yankees), minor league hockey games (Pittsburgh Penguins), arena football games, concerts, skiing, hiking, malls and shopping outlets.
Scranton is the setting for the award winning NBC comedy "The Office" and hosted the national Office Convention in the fall of 2007, has the 4th largest St. Patricks Day Parade in the U.S., and La Festa Italiana, NE PA's largest celebration of culture and cuisine.
