In the Mid nineties, unklryan played his first performance, and the rest is history. Since the first time he touched a record, to the present, he still carries the same passion and love for the music that captured his soul years ago.
Starting in Jackson, MS, unklryan relocated to Olando, and then Atlanta, all the while rocking SouthEastern parties trying to establish a name for himself, and reach the status as the master decknician.
Over 10 years later, longevity and diligence proved to be the key, with plenty of blood , sweat, and tears, unklryan has continued to shape his energetic sound and relentlessly unleashed it upon the crowd, involving them in the performance, they themselves become one with the music. Pure maddness is what to expect, not just in the beats that he thrashes, but the energy he projects and feels,something that can only be caught by watching him perform live.
This seems to be the year for UnklRyan, more than ever before, crowds and promoters are recognizing the explosive performances and his ability to grab the crowd and not let them go until he is done, then leaving them begging for more.
Once locked in Unkl Ryan can seemingly make any manipulation of the decks without breaking the groove. As he bounces behind the decks looking more like a character out of Sesame Street than a human, you can be certain that you are getting the full Unkl Ryan
experience with each and every beat. After a decade behind the decks Unkl Ryan is still finding new ways to shock and awe the crowds while lovingly pounding their egos into submission. I have been a DJing for about 10 years now, and play many parties all over the south, and Midwest. Its my release for all the shit that builds up in my life on a daily basis. I go out and and I blow the fuck up, and get it all the fuck out, so I can continue to be a nice person : ) ( most of the time).
Anyway, Im not just into techno and electronic music, though it does play a huge roll in my life. I also listen to basically every style or form of music available, if its good, and out there, Im into it.
I also write/produce a variety of music. I write a lot of different types of music, from Gangster Rap tracks for Rappers, Electronic, to Music for the Governments anti smoking , drug, and alcohol campaigns . But dont get me twisted- I smoke ,an drank, an whatever I want..
Remember the small things are what makes life great , and never lose your sense of humor(In fact, abuse it), Rock and Roll Attitude always..
