Television
I don't have cable and rarely watch the fuzzy tv that comes over the antenna. I do acquire some shows, though, and here's some of the stuff I've been seen watching lately:
Doctor Who, The Riches, Heroes, Torchwood, The Larry Sanders Show, Soap, Life On Mars.
I also watch a bunch of documentaries.
Books
I like books. Lots of books. No, really...I have a bunch. Do you like books? If not, you should. Reading is good for you!
I am a lover of wisdom. I am a philosopher. I am also redundant
The moment of greatest clarity in my life occured during the summer after kindergarten not long before school started. I was sitting in the yard with a friend of mine and we had long stalks of grass that had gone to seed hanging from our mouths like some farmers we'd seen on tv with wheat and we were reminiscing about the "good ole days."
In that moment the cycle of life was spread out in front of me. We were about to start full day school. I knew, from friends with older siblings, that school lasted for years and years. I'd also observed that after that you had to work and that took up most of your time. Even my grandma, at that point, still worked and she was really old.
I really didn't like what I saw. I still don't. I'm still searching the answer to my quest of escaping that path.
Who I'd like to meet: Interesting and absurd people.
Oooh...xmas music at work. That was one of the worst parts when I did night stocking at walmart. they played it on the walmart radio network for 8 hours straight, every day until new years.
