I'm excited about my next show because I'm playing the Minnesota Museum of American Art and opening for Keston and Westdal.
This is the March installment of the monthly ART HERE event at the MMAA. Theme: "Beyond House: Exploring Electronica." The event will be held on Saturday, March 29 from 8-11 p.m. Keston and Westdal will be headlining the evening (also a CD release party for them). Cepia, DJ Zenrock and Primadonahue will also appear.
Essentially the evening is an opportunity for people better acquaint themselves with electronic music... beyond house music. This evening will not only give people a chance to experience music they may not otherwise get a chance to see performed live, but to also have the opportunity to ask musicians how they create, why they create... and what the heck are all those boxes up there?

Yours was the best phishermans' accidental comment I've ever received. I mean, I didn't know about that free Macy's gift card, but other than that, I wasn't all that jazzed about it. They still ain't got my business! (I saw something I liked at Marshall Fields instead)
Lots of luck at the Turf Club tonight... I'd be thinking about you but I'll probably be thinking about what thing to hit next since I'll be playing at the same time.
