Unrestricted was formed in the spring of 2006 by lead guitarist Steven Miller. Since then, the band has undergone numerous changes in both musical style and personnel. In 2007, Unrestricted released Door to the Darkness EP and finished 2nd Place in the Daily Press Online Battle of the Bands. Now, in 2008, Unrestricted is a driving force in the local metal scene.
The band is currently taking a break from shows to focus on writing new material.
