Unsound Records was formed in Brooklyn, NY in the fall of 2004 and moved to Portland, OR in 2006. Our aim is to seek out and make available the musical endeavors of high-talent, exceptionally creative groups and artists of a variety of rock, pop, and folk styles. It is our mission to enable through all means at our disposal the dissemination of this expression while cultivating an environment of community around the label in the hopes that this will encourage further growth and a spirit of collaboration.
