Started in a garage in 1992. Now its 14 years on and we're back in a garage! Lateral promotion is the wave of the future! Blending the ska influences withe thhe bordertown influences, add a dash of geek, lounge, jump, circus, and street corner.. now you're getting close to the Unsteady sound. Sometimes 5 members, sometimes nine. you'll here the horns and the organ and some guy hollering on top of it all -that's me! Visit the site, bootleg an album or two and come on down to a show. We're back underground, but don't bury us yet.
Cheers to all!

"Keeping things conscious and following up their rather eclectic and experimental album Roots All Sorts, the MDV have just birthed a dynamic and vivacious live sound. Once again seasoned with that grounded MDV rootsy signature, the essence of this album speaks commandingly yet beneficently. The songs illustrate the bands live proficiencies - a steady resonance of authentic Roots Reggae, very often abandoned by the sounds of today. Ripple Effect is an intelligent and fresh assemblage of brilliant tunes with a slice of instrumental experimentation. Enjoy!" AMF-68

Nubian Natty Compact Songs with a Juicy Mixture of Components from across The Reggae Musical Spectrum melded into a cohesive whole.
There's a high wall yet between this Artist and brilliance.
Maybe it's the polished sheen provided by producer of Groundbreaking Records which furthers under cuts distinctive elements already diluted by furious intermixing. Maybe it's those moments when Nubian's performance is like the long tradition of Roots Singing.
