About me:
Uovo is a quarterly magazine with an aim to provide readers with an independent point of view on the contemporary art world. Starting as a free press of art, fashion and culture, it was later developed into a rich publication (450–500 pages), complete with a multitude of images, interviews and essays.
The pages of Uovo feature some of the most interesting artists and creative practicioners of the international scene.
The interviews with artists are the crux of Uovo's features: the aim is to make the artists talk not only about their artworks, but also and mostly about their vision of the world and their reflections on the issue's theme. The monographic style and the variety of contents make every issue an exhaustive reading, suitable for collection. Enriching the series, special issues are published (like the drawing issue box set) complete with inserts such as posters or stickers. Formerly bilingual, Uovo is now published in English and distributed worldwide by Export Press.
