| About Uptown Lights |
Like an adrenaline shot of rock n’ soul straight to the heart of the LA music scene, Uptown Lights shoots up the art of the live musical performance.
Comprised of past and present members of The Twilight Singers, these five gentlemen have created a celebration based on their collective love of deep soul and rhythm and blues.
Formed primarily to throw house parties in their hometown while they work
on their respective individual projects, Uptown Lights revisits the days of dressing uptown and throwing downtown.
Armed with a
setlist featuring the songs of their heroes, like O.V. Wright, Joe Tex, the Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding and many, many more, this show is not to be missed...
Uptown Lights are:
Greg Dulli/Vocals
Scott Ford/Bass
Sarah Meech/Vocals
Jon Skibic/Guitar
Bobby Macintyre/Drums
You can email us at uptownlights@gmail.com. We get a lot of emails but we'll try to get back to you.
