Uptown Terminal is an attempt to separate from the norm of lyrical monogamy that has swept it's way into what the music industry has become. Driven by the oddities that life pushes on all of us, Uptown Terminal has an opinion of just about everything, and is going to share it.
Uptown Terminal is made up of 4 members, Kolby Crider being the newest addition to the line-up as the rhythmic bassist. Also in strong support of the rhythm, Chadwell keatley, who was actually born with a drum set. Performing guitars and vocals are left to Rey Rodriguez and Spoon Reinalda.
The band's influences range from rediculous death metal, to songs from Billie Joel and the Beatles. Often times band's of Uptown Terminal's musical fortitude develop a screaming vocal base, but with the passion of harmony that these young men have developed you can expect a lot of melodic vocals and fitting harmonies.

(The ability to play odd time signatures and double bass are a plus!)

We would like to write in the Rock/Experimental/Ambient Genre with an emphasis on the Heavy Melodic & Ambient Spacey feel for the music.
We are looking for diverse people who are open minded and creative. We need songwriters who are not afraid to play or try something outside the box. There will be have plenty of power behind our music so no worries about lack of energy on our part.
Also....Communication is huge and It's a vital part of success and helps build a family relationship so if you don't know how to pick up a phone or speak your mind then save yourself the time.
We plan to take time to write our album but also be aware that when the time comes we will be touring so that should not come as a surprise and your lifestyle should be able to adjust to that.
