Ecke Am Dobben und Eduard-Grunow-Straße befindet sich eine Sparkasse als Orientierungspunkt. Von der Haltestelle sind es maximal 2 Minuten Fußmarsch. Der Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof beträgt ca. 15 Minuten. Auch mit der Buslinie 25 ist die Location sehr schnell zu erreichen (Haltestelle: Dobbenweg). Einfach aus der Bismarckstraße raus auf die Schwachhauser Heerstraße und nach links laufen, über die Ampeln und weiter geradeaus. Von der Haltestelle Dobbenweg sind es maximal 3 Minuten Fußweg.
