Every Monday night for nine years, Vancouvers hottest comedy troupe Urban Improv has entertained packed houses, performing a long form style of improv called The Harold, that they've twisted into their own creation. They also specialize in improvised video dubs of old cartoons, slides and episodics.
Urban Improv has been nominated for 2 Canadian Comedy Awards and has performed their sketch comedy bastard step child "Canadian Content" at the Vancouver Fringe Festival, Vancouver Sketch-fest, Chicago Improv Festival, Vancouver Comedy Festival and Canadian Comedy Awards. 'Canadian Content' has been nominated for 'Best Sketch Troupe' at the 2006 Canadian Comedy Awards
