Adam Kelleher was born at Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham in 1983, from a very small age Adam has been interested in electronics and computers and at the age of 11 built his first PC. When Adam joined Four Dwellings High School in 1994 his thirst for electronic music was born after meeting Richard Knight his music teacher. Adam awlays had an interest in music and was influenced in the early days by Commodore 64 game music, he spent many a day programming his yamaha psr keyboards drum machine, tinkering around until a basic tune was made.
In 1994 Richard Knight introduced Adam to MIDI and most importantly the Chemical Brothers ! which to this day are Adams favourite producers, influencing Adam to start producing dance music. From that day forward Adam formed Urban Midnight and has spent 12 years working in many fields of the music industry, including teaching GCSE and A level music technology classes, and running club nights.Adam has also been featured in Future Music Magazine and many internet sites including 4 number 1's on get out there.com, he has produced remixes of Jehst's Alcoholic Author and John Legend's hit Refuge, which are also being played @ www.mtjr.co.uk a popular net radio station.
After Adam formed Urban Midnight in 1995 he has spent everyday working hard producing beat after beat and different styles including Drum n Bass and Breakbeat, other credits include working on television series theme's such as Discovery's a helicopter is born and channel 4's home from home.
The present................. Urban Midnight has joined Louis Den Beat Battles a hip hop beat making collective run by various top uk producers including Kosyne.....Kelakovski......Eyebs.....Roeg Du Casq..... & Darren Paul.
