Film and photography are my life. It's what keeps me up late, and gets me up early. My interests in writing and directing come from wanting to place an audience in a scenario that for the most part, will make them feel uncomfortable. Though by putting them in this place, I want them to become absorbed with the world that they are being shown. If they cannot relate to it, then at least I've tried to open their eyes to a new perspective on some facet of being alive. Hopefully the films I am starting to create will help to take an individual, and give them a better understanding and perspective of themselves, and how it is that they fit into the world in which they exist.
I enjoy watching people draw, though I'm no artist. Good graphic design is something I really enjoy aswell, because seeing something that combines all sorts of symmetry and composition to represent something often without words...that's really cool, so I really respect that craft. Michael Leon, Tara McPherson, Kevin Lyons and Kinsey are all people who make work I love.
Talking about architecture, and learning about the reasoning behind the construction of certain aspects of a building is always fascinating. It's also pretty cool to know my mate Yusef will end up designing my house with me.
animation in film really gets me going. You know the films I mean too, like Toy Story or Bugs...even Cars, although I didn't care for the story. Also, this young cat in England is making amazing animation work, so check him out at Bitstate.
Being lost in nature, and having the opportunity to stand in the the middle of a forest and hear nothing but the trees and rustling. That is the true meaning of freedom, just to get inside yourself and take a time out. Something to do with the silence in natural open spaces. I really enjoy the way humans interact, and how much you can draw from each other after the first time you meet someone new. Asking questions, getting to the bottom of who they are. I really dig that time with a person.
Putting music to film. Creating a soundtrack that pulls someone so hard into a film, that they don't even know there's any music playing. Living and Loving go hand in hand. Life's too short not to be who you want to be, and very fond of what it is you're doing. Every day we've got to hold on, and if we hold on, we can find some new energy. We're just young enough to still find what we're looking for...

I can't kill anyone right now , I have blisters from walking from my house to laurens and back with no socks on in my sneakers, all i had was grey socks and dark socks and shorts just don't mix. and now my feet really stink.
