The Great Gatsby by F. Scotts Fitzgerald.
the reason: I love this book because of the time period it was set in, and it does that thing that every book that takes place in New York City does for me. It's like going home. It brings me to a special place where only fashion and good muisc and parties and friends exist. Where I can be completely blissed out and happy for however long the book lasts.

The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes.
the reason: This book has changed my life for the better. I recommend it to everyone.

Men May Come and Men May Go ... But I've Still Got My Little Pink Raincoat: Life and Love In and Out of My Wardrobe by GiGi Anders.
The reason: I just love this book. It's a girly memoir that makes me want to buy a pink raincoat so I can keep the guy. ...Even if the guy doesn't stay. Hah.

The Bible.
The reason: It's the best history book in the world. And it holds our future, too.

Flowers in the Attic. by VC Andrews.
The reason: It's just a really good series. It made me happy and it was a break from reality. I adore VC Andrews.

The Gossip Girl series by Cecily von Ziegsar.
The reason: It takes place in NYC. Need I say more?

Blood & Gold by Anne Rice.
The Reason: I have a big literary crush on Marius. If he were real, I'd put myself in harms way just to meet him and become his lover. That's how much I love him. Jacob from the Twilight series is the only other lit guy that has that much adoration from me.

Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert.
The reason: This book made me question so many things and see things from a different perspective... I highly recommend it.

A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray.
The reason: The triology in general is fucking amazing. I love it and my best friend, Brittani, bought me an autographed copy of it for my birthday. =D Thanks so much!!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
The reason: It's amazing, honestly. I love this book. It made me question things and made me realize that everyone basically feels the same way at least once in their life.

Looking for Alaska. by John Green.
The Reason: It's BRILLIANT. I can't even explain it, but it's the only book I've ever actually wrote about and done a paper about for pure fun just to analyze it.


Books that I like, but aren't favorited.
The Harry Potter series by JK Rowling. They're good, but not good enough for me to want to read over and over again.

Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. They aren't even that good. The only reason I like them is because of Jacobs character. For once there's a sexy werewolf! But the books sort of suck ass.

How to Talk to a Liberal If You Must by Ann Coulter. The book was great, and sarcastic and sardonic. Biting, to the point- however... the problem with Ann is sometimes she gets too biting. And that just doesn't fly with me.
