Ursula:
Accordion/Banjo music for the pre-apunkalipic depression era. We promote the folklore of the runaway, the vagrant, the insurrecionary, and the cannibal. A duo core with a rotating cast of accompanyment, we play mostly DIY venues and houseshows. We are old-tyme from a history that never happened. We will make you laugh, we will make you angry, we will make you reminise, and we will make you buy us beer.
Ursula:
Where to start? I saw Ursula play at the Solstice Cafe and was beyond blown away. Like 2 wandering spirit ghosts, hollow and yet full of soul. Listening to them is like catching smoke with your hands. The most magical sounds I have heard in years and nothing I can truly describe or relate to anyone else. Truly unique. Like the feeling of an empty boxcar, the wind off a stormy ocean or the singing whisper of a wandering ghost. Getting hold of them is equally as hard. But somehow that increases their magic and charm. One night of them leaves you yearning for more, like the need to hug a lover lost to the waves years ago. I cant wait for the new recordings.

Ursula :
