About me: I love the United States very much. My family is a family of veterans, so I grew up with a strong love for the military. My Dad is a National Guard soldier, and I am very proud of him! I am totally blind, so I couldn't serve directly. I found the auxiliary one day, and now I serve in the Coast Guard as an auxiliarist. Right now I am a new member. I am in the Air Force Auxiliary CAP as a second lutenent. I also love playing Taps with my honor guards very much. It allows me to give back to those who truly gave so much more than I ever could.
I began playing percussion when I was twelve years old in my school band. In the eighth grade, I made District Honor Band, and in the tenth grade, I made All State Semi-finalist and was principle timpanist. I started touring with my first drum and bugle corps, Court of Honor from Atlanta, Georgia when I was seventeen. I was principle timpanist there as well, and for the next several years, I toured with various drum and bugle corps such as the Blue Saints from Sudbury Canada, Parriah Percussion Theatre from Georgia, Edmonton Strutters from Alberta, and after which I started attending university as a music performance major. I began playing the trumpet at eighteen. I was taught by my bugle corps, The Blue Saints. I began as a professional bugler completing my first Military Funeral Honors Performance November 2007. I perform throughout North Dakota and some parts of Minnesota. I do not charge a fee for performing, however donations are much appreciated. I am the official bugler for the West Fargo VFW. If you would like a live bugler at your event, please feel free to contact me.
