Thanks for the add! I haven't been skating forever, and I REALLY miss it; but Tony's ankles aren't what they used to be! Our youngest daughter took her daughter out there last month for a birthday party and had great things to say about the changes! I'm going to have to stop in and check it out!
(Yes...that's right! I started coming there when the rink first opened - I was 14 years old and in the 8th grade! That was WAY back in the days of Roller Disco! LOL!)
Gosh!! I can remember the day USA opened! I seen the piece in the paper it was going to open soon! It was great! I went there weekend after weekend! They used to have all night skates and I don't think I missed one! I met many, many friends there. My husband wonders how I know so many people!! Now he knows!!! Now I am older and I have a lot of things going on, and don't have the pleasure of going back! My daughter and I went there when she was old enough to skate! Now she is grown and I hope she can take her kids there someday! I have wonderful memories there!! Thanks for the memories!!! I even used to work there! haha! Lots of fun!!!!
