Larry Carr is a wizard of the lead guitar, who clearly understands the importance and relation of what you do and don’t choose to play.
Drummer, S. Chongo Fontaine found his place, smack dab in the middle, with his aggressive driven drumming, bringing forward an infectious beat, that puts the pop in Power Pop.
Dave Shavoo, brings the back beat rhythm with thumping bass and velvet backing vocals to an all time high, locking down the bands unique sound.
All together U.S. Drag takes rock and roll back into uncharted waters, putting so called "popular music" down to rest (six feet under) U.S. Drag has now teamed up with quality local acts such as, Pepe’s Revenge, Dave The Butcher and Fuzz-Huzzi, putting on high energy rock shows in San Diego, L.A. and beyond.
U.S. DRAG is getting ready to release their debut self titled LP, in spring 2008. U.S Drag is dedicated to providing high quality rock-n-roll that everyone can can sink their ears into and always exploring new directions.
