About me:

The inspiration to form VOYCE, LLC came from gaining knowledge that a close friend of 11 years tested positive for HIV. When he told me all I could think of was losing him, and regretted there was nothing I did or could do to save him. During our initial discussion of his status he questioned why he tested positive, and why I had not. My response was, "I always have and always will remember hearing my mom's voice telling me to use protection if and when I decided to become sexually active." After some serious soul searching and avidly reading The Secret I promised myself going forward I would lose no one else to HIV/AIDS.

Who I'd like to meet:

VOYCE, LLC (VCLUB;) is an organization whose mission is to stop the spread of HIV and AIDS first in our homes, then neighborhoods, in our communities and throughout the world. The meaning of VOYCE is, "The time to stop the spread of HIV & AIDS is now and starts with you. Speak up, use your VOYCE; insist on safe sex." If I could go back, I would have a conversation with my friend to let him know that HIV & AIDS is 100% preventable if he were to have remained absent from sexual activity. If you are sexually active protect yourself. We can't do anything to change the past, but we have power, in our VOYCE's that creates our future. We speak all things into existence. Members of the VCLUB are speaking up as advocates for safer sex. I'd like to meet people who are interested in joining the VCLUB, so that one day we can all say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Always Speak up, use your VOYCE; insist on safe sex.
