7th Annual GLBT Prom is Saturday, March 29!!!!!!!!!!!! The TSA Youth Group has selected Mardi Gras as the theme for the 7th Annual GLBT Prom, being held locally on Saturday night, March 29, from 7pm – 12 midnight at the Evansville Marriott on Highway 41. The largest GLBT prom ever is being planned! When the prom moved to the Marriott 2 years ago, 2/5 of the ballroom was utilized. Last year 3/5 of the ballroom was utilized, and this year the entire ballroom has been rented. A buffet of heavy appetizers will be served from 7—8pm, with dance music being provided from 7pm – midnight. As is done every year, a king, queen and an in-between will be elected by those in attendance. The cost of attendance will be $10 per person (students, youth and adults). All gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and straight-supportive allies are welcome and encouraged to attend! Off-duty deputies will be on duty again this year. To make a reservation, send a check to TSA Tickets, PO Box 2901, Evansville, IN 47728. Payment can also be paid at the door at the event. If you have questions, please e-mail wallypaynter@aol.com or call 812-480-0204.
