These sounds are the light that emanates from the inner darkness, much like the crescent moon in the night sky. They have always been there. Uskaru simply walked into the role of translators of what already is into sound. Some of them may seem foreign to the waking ear, but by allowing yourself to be truly receptive, all are familiar on the deepest level. May these sounds serve as a bridge to all who listen. The foreword by Marvin Minsky reminds me of something he once said: "It seems to me anybody who says it's impossible is a very strange pundit. How can you be sure that such a thing is not possible? You can't know until you try, and if you try and fail you can't know that you tried the right thing. People who think they know what's possible and what's not...are foolish.
