The USO is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide morale, welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform. The original intent of Congress — and enduring style of USO delivery — is to represent the American people by extending a touch of home to the military. USO Vicenza is here on Caserma Ederle in Vicenza, Italy. We serve over 2500 military and family members monthly. We offer a TV lounge with a 42" Plasma screen TV and over 150 DVD movies to view. There is an 8 station cyber cafe for surfing the web and checking your myspace account. There is a state of the art Xbox game room were the troops can play live online with people around the world. There is also a homey kitchen where we prepare home cooked meals for the troops every Tuesday and Thursday night.

Your Donation Helps Support Our Troops
The USO relies solely on the generosity of the general public and provides a link between the American people and military personnel. Through the USO, Americans can show their appreciation and express their gratitude.
The DoD is urging the general public not to send unsolicited mail, care packages or donations to service members unless you are a family member, loved one or personal friend. This is done as a way to bolster force protection. The USO is unable to accept care package items however, monetary donations only can be made to the USO in support of our troops. Enemy was setting up in Mtns. Of course the 173rd was watching, and destroyed entire area. Enemy flag was still intact, so the brothers from the 101st landed their Kiowa Warrior and snatched the flag. "Just another victory against the enemy."
