This is a vinyl only label that will primarily focus on limited edition splits. We think of records as not only the greatest medium to listen to music, but also as pieces of art.
We like all music and some bands. If you're looking for someone to release your record that will make you millions then look elsewhere. If you do not recognize any of the bands on this page then we are not on the same page. That being said, we do accept input and ideas from everyone.
Batwings (San Diego) / When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth (Austin) Run in a limited batch of 500 copies (300 transparent red with black bleed & silver splatter and 200 black with silver splatter), this technique was a first for Pirate’s Press and also their “Record of the Week” ending on July 17th, 2009. The insert doesn't really have any art so don't ask "where's the cover man?" but all the information you need is printed on a stone colored vellum and looks really sharp. Pics will be up soon.
Finally we have our second release! More photos will be put up soon once the inserts are completed. There is a second color version that we will upload as well. Thanks to Batwings and When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth for their patience and great songs.
At last the Batwings/When Dinosuars Ruled the Earth split is in production. Apologies for the delay but after job lay offs and house floods money has been tight. This is a very good split and the record itself is going to look really cool. Thanks for everyone's patience because it's way past due.
El Paso Hot Button / Lipstick Terror 7" split. Our first release.
