USVI NOrml

We are a group of concerned citizens working together to reform cannabis laws in the USVI. We'd like to see it become totally decriminalized/legalized for responsible adults and for use in industry. Your help and support is needed if we are to make a change to the laws that make it illegal to medicate yourself, practice your religion fully, and enjoy life the way you choose.

In addition to presenting the legislation (USVI NORML has written) to the Legislature, we are beginning the process of a CITIZENS INITIATIVE/REFERENDUM to put the VOTE TO LEGALIZE to the people of the Territory on the NOVEMBER 2010 Ballot.

A bit about us...
Petitions are available for circulating and signing by REGISTERED USVI VOTERS. We need people in each district (STT, STJ, and STX) to circulate petitions. We will be working to sponsor voter registration drives to bring the registration process to you in your neighborhood. We will also be holding Petition Signing Drives around the Territory.
