General
Top of the list is sci-fi, original game design, pavilions and garment design. Also, welding, woodworking, writing, play staging, hiking, camping and an occasional convention. See my info at knightowlgames.com too.
Music
Industrial, alternative rock, rockabilly, goth/industrial, 80s/New Wavem, some punk, some metal, some jazz, some classical. Presently I'm enjoying listening to the following bands/musicians (the list grows daily): A Full Circle, Muse, Front Line Assembly, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds...
Movies
Stars Wars (the first three) Lord of The Rings, rare classic sci-fi (like "X-The Man with X-Ray Eyes" or "The Tingler"), plus myrid other unorthodox movies that aren't afraid to break away from the norm.
Television
Not much, takes too much time. The sci-fi channel sometimes has something decent on. Daily Show is great and so is Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, specifically "Teen Hunger Force" and "Metalaccolypse."
Books
Any good hard sci-fi, really good fantasy, the occassional history book or poetry.
Heroes
Isaac Osimov, J.R.R. Tolkien, H.P. Lovecraft, Robert Niven, C.S. Lewis, Leonardo da Vinci, Goethe, my grandfather. Generally, anyone who has the balls (male or female) to break out of their shell, say the hell with fate and take life by the horns.

I am a graphic designer, writer and creative artist/engineer, with many interests. I keep fairly busy, but very much enjoy sharing my free time. I am devoted to my family who are a diverse and delightful collection of individuals. I have a somewhat Zen outlook, preferring to work things out or step around obstacles rather than being overtly confrontational, but have no reservation about telling others how I’m feeling and how I view things. Socially I'm conversant and tend toward a dry sense of humor, sometimes philosophical and others whimsical, but always whole-heartedly. Privately I like to share dreams and ideas.
Who I'd like to meet: Happy intelligent people with ambitions and confidence to spare and dreams to share. I could care less about most celebrities or celebrity chasers. Everyday people are at least as interesting and much more accessible. Dependability and lack of neurosis is a big plus--you can be fun and sane at the same time you know.
