Inside the Red$paghetti building you’ll find West County’s premier state-of-the-art Tattoo Studio and our exclusive Adult Boutique with optional private adult parties. Ernie specializes in traditional American tattooing, custom designs and cover-ups, while Red tattoos permanent make-up including eyeliner, eyebrows and lips. Body Piercing is another service available at Red$paghetti. All employees of Red$paghetti have dedicated their time and energy to understanding the tattoo industry. We have all spent countless hours at the tattoo studio and we operate like a family.

A few doors down, the Full Throttle Coffee house is open 7 days a week. Make a pit stop at Full Throttle for the fastest coffee on the River. The espresso drinks are expertly crafted by friendly baristas and the house coffee is brewed while you wait. Full Throttle is loaded with pastries, candy and treats to satisfy your cravings. Full Throttle features local art from various artists throughout the county. Stop by for inspiring gift ideas, or gift certificates.

Ernie and Red work as a team on all aspects of their businesses. We believe in educating our customers and giving them the information necessary to make the right decision. We offer suggestions on ways to prepare for the appointment, written aftercare instructions and always invite our customers to stop by with any comments, questions or concerns. As a family owned and operated business we truly care about our customers. We want to make sure they feel comfortable and well taken care of while in our establishment.

Red$paghetti offers free tutoring to the local kids (all grades) and an after school work program. The young adults in the neighborhood seem to take great pride in working with us. It teaches them respect, for themselves, for each other, their neighborhood and the environment around them.

All in all, Red$paghetti is an establishment that promotes good ethics and hard work, while maintaining a creative space. For many in the area it is a refuge, and while we hold people accountable for their actions, we do what we can for the community that we are proud to be part of.
