About UNDERWATER SLEEPING SOCIETY

13.06.2008 Stardust in the spirit of David Lynch? Purple skys and so on. We are a gang of six musicians from Helsinki. The river is flooding.

Our latest album "All Other Lights Go Out" was released in 2007. It created quite a buzz and got really nice reviews in the media, made it to the charts too. All Other Lights Go Out was recorded and mixed by Aku Cppo and produced by us, Aku Cppo and Asko Keränen of 22-Pistepirkko. We try and make our music unique to the bone with dark atmospheres, a hint of 2000s psychedelia and melodic indie rock.

We are currently recording a follow up album on an island just outside Helsinki. Estimated time of release... September. Stay tuned. Yes, it will be the best Underwater Sleeping Society album to date ---- Some summer shows coming up too - see you.
