This page stands as a tribute in memory of the former South Florida band, the Vacant Andys. My name is Eric and I am a big fan of this band. And in a recent search for more information on this band, I came up very short. So I thought they deserved there own little space on the net, so that they won't be lost in the mix. So I made sure get all 4 members permission and set up this little homebase for Vacant Andys fans (and future fans). Steve Sheridan does need to be added to the line up - no body played a starburst flying V quite like him - plus - he helped wright "Simple Minds" - right???
so why the heck isn't Band No. 12 on the solo dc tour? we have Dan Bonebrake playing with John Ralston...we could have a reunion in special cities...like Kansas City...hint hint...Darryl probably has to work, right? :P comeon chris, share the love and bring Band out with you and make our wet dreams come true! :)
after a show recently, i was talking to chris, and he said something like "you know me and my old band vacant andys never really broke up we were just together a few weeks ago." i smiled when i heard that. =)

this kind of makes me sad to know they broke up. its amazing how chris became so famous with dashboard confessional. ( i am obsessed with that band) Dan B, plays john ralston so hes doing well too. what about the other guys? i wish they were just there little unknown band again. but im happy they all prospered. great band.
