Vadim Soloviev started his career in 1998 as a participant of the project called Sound Fiction. Alongside with PPK, Sound Fiction became one of the first Russian projects, broken into the world music scene. The tracks of Sound Fiction were always supported by the best world DJs such as Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, Above & Beyond etc. According to the results of the annual Top 100 DJ Russia, hosted by the most competent EDM online resource in Russia - dj.ru, Vadim (as a part of Sound Fiction) entered the Top100 where we can see him from year to year until now. During all these years Vadim was burning floors with his dj-sets all over Russia. He was a regular guest of major EDM festivals, e.g. famous Creamfields where Vadim played on Bedrock Arena on the same stage with the legendary John Digweed. World audience also knows and loves Vadim by his guestmixes which are regularly broadcasted by numerous radiostations from country to country. In his studio work Soloviev cooperates with top-level professionals known all over the world, for example the vocals in ‘Alive’ were recorded by Kate Cameron (The Space Brothers, Chakra, Above & Beyond) – right after the release this track climbed up the top positions in the charts of the world..s biggest digital stores. In the result of constant hard work a lot of interesting tracks and remixes were produced by Vadim, which drew attention to his name – among the professionals and EDM audience he was called ‘Russian Рrogressive Sensation’.
Vadim has gained a good reputation as a great remixer – among his works are the remixes of the legendary Tilt and their track ‘Angry Skies’, recorded in collaboration with Maria Nayler and of David West (ex-Antiloop) ‘True Love’. The latter one was rated 5 out of 5 by DJMag. Besides, Vadim Soloviev regularly produces remixes for many Russian pop artists. In 2007 a debut solo album of Vadim Soloviev – My Tears - was released. To everyone’s surprise, Vadim made a totally unexpected choice of style for his album compositions – the album includes 13 chill out / lounge tracks. Universal producer talant of Vadim was noticed and highly appreciated. The album was sold out within just a few months. One of the recent works of Vadim Soloviev – single ‘Stay With Me’, made in collaboration with the American vocalist Marcie conquered various charts and in less than a week after its release reached the top position (1) at beatport.com in trance genre, leaving behind many big names such as Tiesto with his famous ‘In Search of Sunrise’ sampler...
Recently Vadim was honoured to represent Russia at the biggest and most important music conference MIDEM 2009, held annually in Cannes, France. Within the Russian Day at Midem Vadim, being the only Russian DJ invited by Billboard Magazine Russia, will play a dj-set along with performances of the biggest Russian pop-stars.

Hi, Vadim Soloviev Everything well? :) I’m here cos I’m searching for an eurodance singer, no matter if it’s male or female cos I’m planning a commercial dance track and, as you can guess, a singer in this style of music is essential. I wonder if you’d be interested or know about someone who can be interested, of course :) The other reason why I’m here is that I’m searching for remixers for my new techtrance tune ‘Give It A Try’. It will be released in Super 6 Records (Germany) and LAD Records (Portugal). I’m asking radio stations, listeners, etc for support and feedbacks too.
