| Band Members | ich bin nach der schule abgehauen, habe mein pferd bepackt und bin mit einem pferdeanhänger nach schweden gefahren, nach norden, solange bis die strassen enger wurden und schon lange keine autos oder häuser mehr in sicht waren. dort hat man mich abgesetzt und erst nach 3 1/2 monaten wieder gesehen. ich bin von dieser straße direkt in den wald, im gepäck hatte ich ein zelt, ein messer und trockensuppe, den hauptteil haben bücher ausgemacht. es war eine flucht vor den menschen, ihren ansprüchen, ihrer gedankenlosigkeit ihrer unbedachtsamkeit - und vor mir. ich habe gelernt wie es ist zu sein, ohne sprache, ohne zeit, ohne ziel. wochenlang konnte ich mich vor angst kaum bewegen, das nichts vor mir machte mir solche angst, wie ich sie niemandem erklären kann. ich rammte mir ausversehen mein messer ins bein, aber man hört auf sich zu sorgen, wo niemand diese sorgen teilen könnte. schmerz ist schlimmer, wenn jemand da ist, der mitfühlt. ich bin ein mensch voller gegensätze, das sagen die menschen, die mir nah sind und die, die meinen mich zu kennen. ich bin laut und leise, still und lebendig. ich bin in allem was ich tue, ich tue nichts ohne mich, ohne meine sinne. wenn ich dich ansehe, dann sehe ich dich, wenn ich dir zuhöre, höre ich was du sagst. wenn ich gebe, gebe ich alles was ich bin - und das ist in meiner musik. manchmal denke ich, ich sei ein gegensatz in sich - will berühmt werden und hab angst vor menschenmassen... will ehrlich sein und bin schauspielerin.... gebe alles in meiner musik, aber lasse niemanden an mich heran... und dann denke ich, daß ich genau das bin - und dann suche ich wieder die einsamkeit. die art einsamkeit, bei der man angst kriegt vor dem was von einem übrig bleibt, wenn gesellschaftliche abhängigkeiten und zwischenmenschliche zwänge nicht mehr da sind. So wenig und so viel bin ich, und so wenig und so viel erzähle ich in meiner musik.
after finishing school i took off, packed my horse and went to sweden,all the way to the north, until streets grew tight and no cars and houses were to be seen. there i was being dropped - and wasn´t seen anymore for more than 3 month. from this road i went straight into the woods. i only had a tent, a knife, and dried soup packages. my books took the main part. i escaped from people, their pretending, thoughtlessness and carelessness - and from myself. i´ve learned how it feels - just to be; no talking, no time, no aim. for weeks i couldn´t really move as fear held me tight. ´cause the emptiness on the way befor me was so frightening, i would never be able to explain. i banged a knife into my leg, by mistake; one stops worrying if there´s anybody around to share your sorrows; pain is stronger if someone takes compassion on you. i´m a person full of contrasts. that´s what people say who are close to me, and those who think they know me. i am noisy and quiet, calm and vivid. i am always with my all in everything i do; i do nothing without my inner self, without my senses. when i look at you i see you; when i listen to you i hear what you´re saying. when i give i give all i am - and that is in my music. sometimes i think i am full of contradictions - want to be popular and I am afraid of crowds. want to be honest and I am an actress. give everything to you with my music, but don´t allow you to be close to me. and still - that´s exactly how i am - and then i´m searching for loneliness again. that kind of loneliness that makes you fear, that makes you wonder what is left when there´s no more social dependency, no more obligation concerning people. that´s who i am, what i feel - small and great. and so little and so much i´m telling you with my music. |
