Influences	Vails Gate is influenced by so many artists. A partial list of their influences includes The Mars Volta, Rush, Yes, Deftones, Genesis, Black Sabbath, Tool, Miles Davis, Anekdoten, Led Zeppelin, Opeth, Metallica, Bjork, Iron Maiden, Porcupine Tree, and King Crimson to only name a few.
