Canadian band VALDRIVE delivers a heavy groove based on the sounds of infective vocals, beat-up guitars, and relentless drums. The thought-provoking songs of debut EP "Death of Logic" will echo around your head for days. Andrew leads the way with the songwriting, lead vocals and guitar work, with Craig on drums, Ashton on bass, Laura on backing vocals and 6munge6 delivering notorious end of song screaming (got to have it!)
The title for the "Death of logic" EP was derived from the line "You're in my head, where logic died" of 2in2u, the first song. Those who heard the EP first were at SXSW2009 and thus the buzz began. Some comparisons are Stone Temple Pilots, The Pixies, early XTC, early Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, and My Bloody Valentine. With "Death of Logic" currently enjoying attention from across the audience spectrum, it's back to the studio again.
