As a kid I was always running around with a camera of some sort snapping pictures of anything and everything. The cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, bugs, trees, teddy bears, baby dolls, family, friends, etc. you name it I probably took a picture of it at some point or another, LoL!
In 1994 I had my son and once again I got on the picture taking rampage. He was a great little poser too, as soon as he seen the camera he was striking a pose for the camera. Through the years the older he got the more he started to hide from the camera, Mommmm not the camera again, LoL!
Slowly but surely I'm getting back into photography. It's been a passion of mine since I was a child, two years of photography in high school ... but never went on to college for it. I miss the dark room and the magic that happens in there. Though now I don't plan on returning to the dark room, the things I'll be able to do with digital camera and a computer will keep me and others in awww. Right now I'm only dibble dabbing with photos of family and friends and what ever I see around that intrest me. I'm in the process of trying to get some good digital equipment, all my old good stuff is SLR's with film only, and since I don't have access to a dark room, I'm bad about taking pictures and never getting them developed. *sigh*
It won't be long though and I'll be back in full force!
* Update: 7/26/07 - I'm now a proud owner of a DSLR; a Pentax K10D!! YaY me!
That means this girl is now back in full force and starting up a photography gig!
My new passion is web design. I'm currently seeking a BA degree in Information Technology with an emphisis in Internet Systems. When all is said and done I plan to do web design (and of course photography), I will also have a little knowledge on computers to fall back on.
In third place is my new lust of digital art and graphic art. I want to learn to work in photoshop and illustrator and various other programs and create wonderful pieces. I really have a thing for erotic digital art ... hey I couldn't be a total angel *wink wink* LoL
