About me:
I've been passionate about rock n roll since I first DJ'd with my home built decks at the age of 14 and saw Crazy Cavan in 1976...Briefly; I've been DJing 32 years, teaching people to jive since 1985 and promoting rock n roll for an eternity...I sing in 3/4 bands and organise events and The Jive Jive Jive Weekender. Suzy Q and myself run Higham and Farningham RnR Clubs and teach 4 nights a week. We have just taken over Erith RnR Club which will now be known as Valley Rd RnR Club (as Glen has so many personal friends on the Eriths myspace page). We gratefully acknowlegde Glens hard work over the past few years and aim to uphold the clubs long tradition as a rockin club. Valley Rd is not a Jive club. Nobody said you cant dance though. Suzy Q plays authentic 1950's rock n roll & rockabilly, no covers unless they're outstanding versions.......Kav Kavanagh
