VALUATIR fut créé par Fëarann en 1997 sous le nom d'INIS GWENVA, dans le but de mélanger du Metal avec des éléments issus de la musique traditionnelle. Après deux démos sorties en 2003 et en 2005, le groupe change de nom pour celui de VALUATIR suite au suicide de l'un de ses membres, Ilùhain. Pour clôturer l'époque INIS GWENVA, une tape regroupant les deux démos est éditée par le groupe. Après quelques changements de line-up, VALUATIR enregistre en 2007 son premier album, sorti en septembre 2008 sur le label Japonais ARMAGEDDON RECORDS.

VALUATIR was created by Fëarann in 1997, under the name of INIS GWENVA. The main idea is to mix Traditionnal music influences (by using instruments like the Bagpipe) and Metal (especially NWOBHM and old school Black Metal). After two demos cdr released in 2003 and 2005, the band changes take the new name of VALUATIR, after the suicide of one of its members, Ilùhain. To end the INIS GWENVA era, the band has released a compilation tape with the two demos. After some line-up problems, VALUATIR record in 2007 a first full length, released in september 2008 by the japanese label ARMAGEDDON RECORDS.
VALUATIR IS AN EVOCATION OF PROTOHISTORIC TIMES (BRONZE AGE, HALLSTATT ERA AND LA TENE ERA). IT'S NOT AN ABSURD GLORIFICATION OF A SO-CALLED "RACE". N.S. VERMIN CAN FUCK OFF !!!
