Vamplifier is a bluesy black comedy; organic and restless, ignorant of trends and endlessly inspired. Influenced heavily by early punk, classic underground rock, and Stax soul, they show a deep affection for pop tradition even as they dismantle the formula and the logic. Their songs are to the point; filled with dirty loose guitar hooks and big tight beats, often compared to the New York street sound of the early 70s. The tunes are accessible even if they’re hard to categorize. It’s only rock and roll, and you’ll like it.
They've played everywhere from the Beat Kitchen to Bottom Lounge to the Double Door. In the summer of 2004 Vamplifier signed with Fabsound Records and recorded their first full-length release: Long Silent Longing, which received regular airplay on both 93.1 WXRT and 94.7 The Zone. Keys and backing vocals were added in early 2006, creating a richer, more melodic, groove-driven sound as they look ahead to their second album.

Actually i left this page open for like the last 15 minutes to listen to your music.
What is the second chord in "She's a Hotrod?" You're doing something to the first one. I used to be able to identify all that by ear but I've been out of the music scene for far too long.
