About me: Art was always in the heart of my family for many generations so naturally I became a painter very early in my life, mostly oil in canvas. Donne some exihibitions in Portugal in the past years and this year more to come. Painting is the way I find to let some fantasy be part of one's life, it's an open door to expand the thoughts and the dreams that in daily life sometimes are forgotten*****
I started to sing and learn the piano at the tender age of 6.
I'm also a drummer, I've been playing for 6 years, my teacher was a great drummer, Vasco Gomes****
Travelling as been a part of my life for more than 18 years, I find it a way of expanding the mind into many other knolegdes and inspirations, we always have a lot to learn and share with other cultures*****
Writting is also a part of my world and I'm preparing a book. My writings are not so much about myself but the way I see what's going on around me. Everything can be a motivation, just seating somewhere having some meia de leite, cappuccino, café au lait, wherever I feel like home... even a stone in the street or a secret window becomes a story teller. The imagination has no doors and so doesn't my soul*****
*****There's no other place where I rather be but wherever I feel like home*****
Hope you enjoy myspace.

When listening to the intense music of Brahms, one may keep in mind Brahms' attachment to Schumann's wife, the composer and pianist Clara, fourteen years his senior, with whom he would carry on a lifelong, emotionally passionate, but probably platonic, relationship.
