Well there we go again... Hi guys, my name is Vanessa... Vanessa Coelho and before you ask me, no no i have no relation with Paulo Coelho the writer, even known that i love his books and have read probably all of then.. and have to say.. he is some brain, huh!Well one thing in common: we are both Brazilians, so there we go! He is my favorite... Anyway i am not here to talk about PAULO COELHO but yes..VANESSA COELHO, so let's do it :)ha ha! Vanessa 26 years old, Brazilian born (as you all know).. professional gymnastics performer and dancer since i was 3-4 years of age, when then started doing some moves in many different samba schools in brazil first joining Salgueiro childrens dance group in Rio's Carnival(www.salgueiro.com.br) , been part of the most big and glorious carnival paredes in Brazil along the years, which i am so proud of. But not just that, i have also been learning and practising other style of dances since i was litle along the years, i could never get enough.. In the age of 6 apart from been included in one of the most important gymnastics club in Curitiba-PR (south of Brazil) and then also learned cuban salsa, tango, lambada, Jazz, Hip- Hop, Classic styles. I've been also doing a lots of club dance (choreographed and free styled).. I started with modeling when i was little too, my mum's idea as she is involved with fashion and all that stuff, she is Fashion and Bride wear Stylist in Brazil and has always been involved with all kind of shows and events.. So she put me in this modeling fashion thing for kids at the time, i kind of like and still doing till this days but dance is been always my passion and it has always been. I also did acting on young age of 13 and express myself by movements (dance) in diferent plays. I was in college when i was only 17 doing journalism and communication, which i didnt finish but then after that was when i ended up coming to Ireland and graduated as PR-Event Manager but before that, righ at the beggining i met some guys from a samba school in Ireland, MaSamba Samba School(www.masamba.com) and after been offered to be part of the group with a bit of my own experience and passion i also became the dance director and the first regular samba teacher and dancer in Ireland as well as Samba Star of many gigs here and in some places in Europe, including the most popular Saint Patrick's Parade for the past 3 years Dublin and other city's in Ireland. After such a success, i have been also published in many magazine's, news paper and tv shows in Ireland and the UK.. modeling, promoting my and the company's work and been in tv competitions such as "chance to dance" for RT2, "Mtv Shakedown" for MTV..or even BBC in Scotland presenting my show in the Craic Show, among others. I have been also dancing in "Spirit Night Club" (currently The academy night club)for the past 4 years, when from there i got many other opportunities for dancing local and abroad in many important music events. Irish festivals: Oxegen, Hi-Fi, eletric picnic and also club's and events Abroad: Pacha (In La pineda, Ibiza and Barcelona) London music festival, among others.and that had also got in touch with a lot interesting people where i have also built a massive network to my my events managemnet company that i have settled based in Brazil and Ireland for europe and South america and with that comes have a group of beautiful male and female samba dancers that will be joining me on my upcoming events, with the most amazing costumes brazilian hand made by the designers Belisario da Silva(Salgueiro- Rio Samba School) and Nilsinho Souza (Rosas de Ouro- Sao Paulo). Myspace Layouts I am starting with the most professional and beautifull brazilian dancers show group. Brazil Canival Style and also Las Vegas Cabaret Style, starting on the year of 2007.
