Vanessa is back on the internet after a nice lady helped me at Att&t
About me: Sometimes I am the vocalist for the Athens, GA band Pylon and more recently Supercluster. Supercluster have recently changed their name from FFFM and were Supercluster before. Are you confused, oh well.. Supercluster is more of a recording project, but may play out on occasion. Usually I am a mom. Read more about the news and history for Pylon on my blog. Pylon
You can read my version of Pylon's history there under Vanessa's Version. Here are the links for the Pylon and
Supercluster websites. If you are interested, you can be our friend!
I am married to Bob Hay of Bob Hay and the Jolly Beggars, A Che Why and Noogeez. We have two daughters. He plays guitar for Supercluster in the acoustic section.
You should create your own MySpace Layouts like me by using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM's MySpace Profile Editor!
Too Many Eights ..
Supercluster Mp3's now for sale at CD Baby!
Paul Thomas told me about Ort singing (!) at Cine a while back and how you were there. I would've given anything to have seen that. Did he sing with a booming voice? I always delight in "Ort Sightings". He's elusive, and yet ubiquitous-- like a mythological creature. I like to think that Ort is the guardian of lost travelers and fairy folk.
Saw the Kills day before yesterday, at least part of their recent single ("Little Tornadoe", if not mistaking the title) sounds much like a Pylon song... Also soon to see the B52's on their Paris date, and very excited about it too! Enjoy summer---
