Forming in 2008, Van Hagar was the child of X-Halen guitarist, Enzo, and Drummer, Jim. Both were looking to expand melbournes fasination with Van Halen by introducing a concept that would appeal to the masses X-Halen and Van Hagar.
Finding a singer was hard but Adam made contact through Melband (The Melbourne musicians site) and brourght experience from a previous Van Halen tribute band from the 90s, 'New Halen'.
Jason McNamara and Paul were chosen for there awsome backing vocals techniques and versitility that complements many of the Van Halen chorus lines and energy.

I've loved X-Halen and didn't realise you had this act going around too! The recordings are so good I forgot they were done live until the crowd went wild at the end of 'em :P
I reckon if you got together in the studio and used all the EVH recording tricks, you would get as close as anyone to sounding like them.
