Bio
Vanja is a solo instrumental artist. He was born in 1982 in Bosnia and he grew up in Switzerland. Inspired by metal and rock guitarists Vanja began with the guitar playing in 1998. He was giving guitar lessons for about three years. Later in 2008 he began to work on his first album Vision that was released in 2010. The music is modern instrumental metal/rock with different influences. Every piece on the album is different and full of catchy riffs and melodies. Vanja's music is for sure not typical instrumental rock music because his compositions are driven by emotion and shredding is not often to hear. The second album The Awakening will be released in 2013. Vanja is also featured on the Guitar Wizards Compilation with George Lynch, Jake E. Lee, Chris Poland and Others.
